This is one of the most interesting and challenging projects we have undertaken to create a stylish, cozy, and comfortable space for living and working. It was an original project executed entirely by our company, from initial design to final realization. Particular challenges included concrete cutting to remove a five-meter-high load-bearing wall, as well as structural reinforcement of the load-bearing walls and the ceiling beneath the building's roof.
