1. General provisions
This Policy governs the processing and protection of personal data belonging to visitors to the MOTEK Art website (the Website). It has been prepared in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 on Personal Data and other applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. Data processed
When contacting us by email or telephone, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, message and information about your proposed project.
In the current version of the Website, the contact form does not transmit entered data to the Operator or save it in an enquiry database. Please use the published telephone number or email address to contact us.
The Website may also automatically transmit technical information: IP address, browser type and version, device information, request date and time, the requested page address and cookies needed for operation and security.
The Operator does not request special categories of personal data or biometric personal data. Please do not include such information in your message.
3. Purposes of processing and categories of data subjects
Data subjects include Website visitors, people submitting enquiries, prospective customers and customer representatives. Names, contact details and enquiry content are used to respond to enquiries; information about a representative’s authority may also be needed to prepare a contract. Technical visitor information is processed to operate and protect the Website. Decisions producing legal consequences for an individual are not made solely through automated processing.
Data is processed to handle enquiries received through the published contact details, communicate and discuss possible projects, prepare proposals, enter into and perform contracts, ensure stable and secure Website operation, and fulfil statutory obligations.
4. Legal grounds
The Operator processes data on the basis of user consent, given separately from other documents being confirmed. The consent to personal data processing is published on a separate page. Visiting the Website does not constitute consent. Data may also be processed where necessary to enter into or perform a contract or where required by law.
Providing data is voluntary. Without a name and contact details, the Operator cannot respond to your enquiry.
5. Processing procedures and retention
Processing may include collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, disclosure to parties supporting the Website and communications, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing may be automated or non-automated.
Enquiry information is processed until the enquiry and related communications have been completed or consent is withdrawn, unless there is an independent lawful basis for continued processing. Data needed for contracts and statutory obligations is retained for the applicable contractual and statutory periods. When the purpose has been fulfilled or consent withdrawn, data is destroyed within 30 days, except where further processing is permitted by law.
6. Data transfers
The Operator does not disseminate or sell personal data. Contractors providing hosting, technical support and communications may have access only to the extent needed to perform their duties, subject to confidentiality and data protection requirements. Data is provided to public authorities only where required by law.
When collecting personal data of Russian citizens, the Operator must comply with Part 5 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Foreign databases may not be used to record, organise, accumulate, store, update or retrieve that data, except for exceptions expressly provided by law. Before a cross-border transfer, Roskomnadzor must be separately notified and the requirements of Article 12 must be fulfilled. User consent alone does not remove those requirements.
7. Personal data protection
The Operator takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, disclosure, dissemination and other unlawful actions.
8. Your rights
You may obtain information about the processing of your personal data, request its correction, blocking or deletion, withdraw consent, and challenge the Operator’s actions before Roskomnadzor or a court.
Send a request or withdrawal of consent to art-mkooo@yandex.ru. Include your name, a contact for the response and the substance of your request. The Operator may request information needed to identify you and establish your connection to the data, or evidence of a representative’s authority. The content of a formal request is governed by Part 3 of Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
Information about processing is provided free of charge within 10 working days. This period may be extended by up to 5 working days with a reasoned notice. Confirmed inaccurate data is corrected within 7 working days; unlawfully obtained data or data unnecessary for the stated purpose is destroyed within 7 working days of receiving supporting evidence.
A request to stop processing is considered within 10 working days, with a possible reasoned extension of up to 5 working days, subject to lawful grounds for continued processing. Unlawful processing is stopped within 3 working days of discovery. If it cannot be made lawful, the data is destroyed within 10 working days. The applicant is informed of the measures taken.
9. Cookies
The Website may use technical cookies needed for correct operation, security and maintaining a user session. You can restrict cookies in your browser settings, although this may affect some functions.
The art_motek_admin service cookie is used for administrator sign-in and expires after 12 hours. It is not intended for advertising tracking. The Website’s own code does not include advertising pixels or web analytics systems.
10. Data destruction and incident response
Electronic records are deleted in a way that prevents recovery of personal data; paper records are physically destroyed. Destruction is documented as required by Roskomnadzor Order No. 179 of 28 October 2022. If data cannot be destroyed within the required period, it is blocked and destroyed within 6 months, unless federal law sets a different period.
If an unlawful or accidental data transfer infringes the rights of data subjects, the Operator must notify Roskomnadzor within 24 hours and report the results of its internal investigation within 72 hours of discovering the incident.
11. Policy updates
The Operator may update this Policy when its processing practices or legislation change. The current version is always available on this page. A new version takes effect when published unless it specifies otherwise.
